Evaluation & Diagnosis
First intake visit to include an extensive review of the clients history. Every clients situation is individual. This process can be intimidating and overwhelming. I am here to listen, learn, and walk you through options from a therapeutic angle.
Medicated Cycle Monitoring
Based on the individualized diagnosis and treatment plan a medicated fertility cycle may be recommended. Oral and injectable medications may be suggested. We will develop a cycle plan that fits you individually. Medicated cycles may require injection teaching and ultrasound monitor which will be discussed during the development of your cycle plan.
IVF Satellite Monitoring
Advanced treatments including IVF (in-vitro-fertilization) requires time sensitive steps from an initial consultation to conception. I assist you and your IVF provider throughout the process, limiting your need to leave your home or state multiple times. Monitoring includes scheduling and performing time sensitive diagnostic testing, providing frequent updates, and corresponding with partnered clinics out of state. You may only need to leave state for egg retrieval or embryo transfer. I work closely with several clinics across the country. Specific monitoring may include ultrasounds, diagnostics procedures and blood work, which can all be done in our office.
Donor Egg Monitoring
Offering an array of support for donors, donor banks, and reproductive facilities. Monitoring includes time sensitive ultrasounds, stat labs, and in-house procedures with complimentary care. Currently working with the World Egg and Sperm Bank, Golden Egg Donation, A Jewish Blessing & more. If you are interested in becoming a donor or have questions, please reach out, we’d love to explore this with you.

In-Office Procedures
- Intrauterine Insemination: (IUI) Intrauterine insemination is a non-invasive intervention that can be used to conceive. Obtaining the best of the specimen through a washing technique and then bypassing the vagina and cervix, placing the specimen into the uterine cavity. This technique is also used with donor sperm obtained from a credible donor bank.
- Saline Infusion Sonohysterogram(SIS): Saline infusion sonohysterography (SIS ) is a procedure to evaluate the uterus and the shape of the uterine cavity. SIS uses ultrasound and sterile fluid to show the uterus and endometrial (uterine lining) cavity. The purpose is to detect any abnormalities. SIS can be done to investigate conditions such as abnormal uterine bleeding, uterine adhesions or polyps, and recurrent miscarriage. SIS can also be performed to see the structure of the uterus. (ASRM)
- Ultrasound Guided Tubal Patency Assement: ExEm® Foam is the only FDA-approved contrast agent used in ultrasound procedures to provide in-office tubal patency assessments for women with known or suspected infertility. It’s gentle, straightforward, and offers real time results — without requiring X-ray, the need for excessive iodine administration, or placing a cervical tenaculum and traction on the cervix, which some patients may find painful.

Advanced reproductive treatments at times require injectable medications. I provide prescriptions through speciality pharmacies who offer a better pricing option than most local pharmacies. Injection teaching will be provided for all injectable medications.
